My daughter always wanted a new story. Whether it was during meals, bath time, or just before bed, every moment was an opportunity for a new adventure. That kept me on my toes, constantly crafting new tales to keep her imagination alive.
That’s how Iravati and Indu came to life. Inspired from our everyday interactions, their stories reflected the beautiful journey of parenthood. What started as spontaneous storytelling quickly blossomed into Elefun Tales—a series that captures the magic, love, and lessons I shared with my daughter.

Our Stories
Indu, our curious little elephant, explores Vatika, taking us on many adventures. Iravati, who is the leader of their herd, leads by example, imbuing important values and life skills in the Indu. Elefuntales are designed to introduce young readers to a forest called Vatika.
The Misty Waterfall
Indu, our curious little elephant wanted to explore the forest called Vatika where she stayed. The Vatika is home to many magical places, the Misty Waterfall being the most mesmerising of all. Indu had been fascinated with the stories of the waterfall and was eager to see them. Will Indu go to the Misty Waterfal?
Listen with your feet
Iravati is challenged by nature. Her herd and the whole jungle are looking up to her to get them through this calamity. She is worried about leaving indu. Would Iravati be able to act fast and save Vatika in time? Would Indu be able to get through the night?
Bogeybeast
Indu is growing up fast and so Iravati has put her into the field, to keep watch at night. Like all of us Indu is very excited to explore the night. She is all giggles about meeting the bogeybeast. But does a bogeybeast exist, or is it just a made-up creature? Indu is about to find out.
Hunting the Hunters
An imminent danger looms at the borders of Vatika. Great Garuda with his sharp eyes has cautioned Iravati about it. Will everyone keep aside their differences and come together to save Vatika? This story captivates the audience just like an action novel.
The Panchayat
After saving their Vatika, everyone understands the importance of standing together. Leaders like Iravati and Tipu Tiger take this as an opportunity to form a council of leaders. Who will rise as a leader and how will they form this Panchayat? Yet another interesting story for our young readers to grasp the basics of leadership and democracy.
Yellow Birdie
Making friends is simple for Indu. She does not know where he lives and so is searching for him desparately. Has Indu lost her good friend? Or will she find him?
